Jason Mezrahi
Jason Mezrahi founded Grow Rich Development to build luxury rental apartments, boutique condominiums and neighborhood retail in transit-served markets across New Jersey and New York.
He leads acquisitions, capital and partner relationships across the portfolio.
We build in joint venture with two established regional developers.
Every Grow Rich project is developed in partnership with Prestige Real Estate Group and Anak Development, combining local market knowledge, construction experience and access to capital.
